i am having an insightful time in the hospital. i'm feeling a lot better already, i smiled and talked to people and even sang a little today. i made a collage in an art session today i actually really love. i'm glad i came.
look i'm reasonably cute for my age and have great and expansive taste in music, books and film, im an artist and writer and im charming and funny as hell. i'm in therapy. i smell fucking great. i fuck great. seriously though. is this because of the lowercase writing? just tell me honestly.
4 miles this morning. woke up feeling emotionally unwell, maybe emdr fallout. not sure walking helped, but it was something to do.
