the offroad and trophy truck setups are purpose built and you can tell from the mud and dust in the suspension usually. they're built to a specific task and generally owners accept significant tradeoffs like low accel and road noise to better fulfill their purpose. these have functional suspension
the construction worker lift is mostly there to make navigating work sites easier. you don't want to be destroying your bumper but you also have to be able to see and tow, this constrains how tall they get. these can get big but if you're hauling thousands of lbs of gear it's for a reason
the minitruck exists for silliness, it is built to amuse the owner and viewer alike by being absurd, it can be a status symbol but it is the symbol of "I can afford the time and money to create an object of whimsy"
