Another wine/ spirits tasting last night. Lucky enough to sit with some hilariously tipsy women & had a great time. Still don’t like red wine or spirits (unless mixed with something) but I did have a white that was good!

Hiking in Kansas. Saw this fungus and a bug… fell down the 45 degree slope twice but no injuries. (I need new shoes)

Some kind of beetle bug. Two body segments- hard shiny black. Back end - flat brown- pincher mouth parts.

Took part in the National Park service bird count today. I don’t know anything about birds so they partnered us with an experienced birder and Ranger. Walked 4 miles at a good pace, but saw some really neat things!

My fav tea cup broke & I’ve found something similar however at least one of the diamonds on one snowflake leaks! More of an ooze & not noticeable if I drink fast. Can it be fixed?
