World Builder. Impulsive creator (game design, illustration, writing). Was the lore writer for Homeworld Mobile. Still a beleaguered parent after a pandemic.
Finally, finally having a moment the kids are elsewhere so I can play games with my wife. It's years too late but finally cracking out Parks 1st edition!
Woke up this morning and my brain decided to work on Turbolaser instead. Moving to punt it to full page size so I can get all the rules in. Still aiming for 1/2h Armada play.
Maybe a little more than the Victory, my hotly desired model from TIE Fighter was the Interdictor. Now I made a replica! The Interdictor only ever looked like this in TIE Fighter. The proper Immobilizer 418 sets four globes in the hull equally, but for whatever reason the TF model didn't.
Aaaannd Here she is! This is a reconstruction of the low-poly Victory Star Destroyer from TIE Fighter. As far as I'm aware it's the first time it's been realized outside of the west end games, so it contains many details dropped from later depictions.
I didn't cross post from Twitter with the reveal! This is specifically the low poly model of the ship from the TIE Fighter flight sim. It was made at a time when the only other depiction of the ship was from the west end games RPG, and some of those TF details didn't continue past this installment
Over a decade late, but while working on a commission at the desk I'm also working on something I've wanted for a very long time.
Rather than do anything useful or productive, I spent my time this morning making these.
I don't know how, but all the Star Wars discourse and debate is bringing me back with fondness to the old CCG. I have several collections worth but didn't consider trying to play it until now. I missed out on its hay day for reasons, and I regret it now.
Got a jump on the next monthly postcardgame, Running man! Enjoy on Patreon and Itch.io! www.patreon.com/posts/postca...
The Battle of Tsushima was yesterday, and the Battle of Jutland is on the 31st. This means I must Fast Track Steel to get it done.
Remembered I had this little gem. Made it up wayback when during FFG Armada testing for the Corellian Conflict, because I had the time and the energy for extra things then. Inspired by Rogue One, which was released then.

Starfarers of Kamsid was the most extreme of this, trying to force Captains to use this setting. It was notable for defining a lot of races and using ships derived from early early Enterprise concept art from Trek.
Honestly another reason Dune got derailed is because I figured out an original theme I could jump to and adjust the design to be more bespoke to play single player with. The long suffering Struggle over Kamsid.
