Boerenkaas (farmers cheese) doesn’t need to be kept cold when it’s in the wax seal. You’re allowed to bring back cheeses for personal consumption so long as it’s not soft or stored in a liquid. Here’s half of my last haul. It’ll last up to a year unopened in wax
