Went for a nice naked evening hike nearby. I decided to #freehike so i left my clothes in my bicycle bags and hiked in complete freedom for about an hour when i heard people. I dont mind running into other people but I also heard children so I decided to hike back and get dressed #bodyfreedom
With temperatures this high its time to normalize gardening naked. Our direct neighbours can potentially see me from the first floor but its completely legal to be naked in your backyard and if we want to #normalizenaturism we'll also have to behave like its normal and just do it! #bodyfreedom

I do a lot of activities naked but the most freeing experience was riding my bike naked. It took a lot of courage to finally do it (much more than hiking naked which i also love doing) but i went on several naked bike rides this year and i absolutely love it.

During my last #nakedhike with a friend of mine someone had called the police. We didnt get a ticket as we obviously didnt do anything wrong. Being naked in public is simply allowed in the Netherlands under #artikel430a on all suitable locations such as the one where we were.

Only a handful of times when i was going on a naked hike anyway and it was just easier to leave the house naked instead of getting dressed, drive there and then getting undressed again.
