And then there’s the super special new beer on draft & to-go that evening. Brewed in collaboration with Superdawg, Dressed* is a blend of native fermented wild ale aged in wine barrels with tangerine peel and Belgian style Blonde ale aged in Blackberry Brandy barrels.

And did we mention that there will be t-shirts? This sweet new collab pocket t (ignore the fact that there’s no pocket in the mock up) from Custom Colors will first be available that night at Mousetrap and then eventually online and at Superdawg Wheeling.

pH1 update! To-go bottles and draft are completely sold out as of 6pm. There will be bottles available for on-site consumption the rest of the evening.

Our third variant in the Yuzu Fierce trilogy is inspired by a popular Japanese condiment, Yuzu Kosho paste. We take our base Berliner Weiss and give it a hit of yuzu, salt, and shishito peppers. The end result is a little tart and citrusy, a little spicy, and a lot refreshing.

Inspired by the German tradition of serving Berliner Weisse with a shot of fruit juice, Blueberry Yuzu Fierce is a fresh twist on our acidic wheat beer. Pumped with blueberry juice, it pours deep ruby red & has notes of blueberry lemonade Italian ice with a cleansing tart finish.

All the Yuzus are now available at the taproom in 4pks to-go! Yuzu Fierce is batch soured with our house Lactobacillus strain before being pasteurized & fermented with farmhouse ale yeast. Post fermentation, yuzu & calamansi are added to the fermenter for a quick refermentation.

A couple of recent merch favorites are back in stock!! These baby blue hot dog mouse hats and the Off Color playing cards are both back in stock online and at the taproom. If that’s not enough, we have these sweet new Bean tin tackers (measuring 18” across).

Mousetrap Bottle release!! For a little while now we’ve been hand stamping all of our small batch, Mousetrap exclusive beers, but our fingers started to hurt and since we don’t have a psychotic orderly forcing us to hand stamp our bottles, we were like, wait, we don’t have to do this.
