Cultist Abomination animations for Wardrum. #pixelart
Hi, #portfolioday! I freelance in #pixelart for games and do personal projects.
Concept mockup for a top-down roguelike shooter with a clean, industrial sci-fi tileset. Dismantle robot patrols, explore space station, loot mechanical parts. Vierbit was a huge early inspiration that brought me into pixel art. I wish I worked on a game like this sometimes. #pixelart
Top-down pixel art for a Ludum Dare jam. Our main idea was building a world from random polyomino land tiles, consisting of farmlands, forests, rivers, mountains. Farmers and wild animals were supposed to interact and score points. #pixelart
A retrofuturistic top-down game graphics: alien visitors at a space diner. The chef runs a brutal cycle—dispatch customers, then serve them to the next wave of hungry patrons. Atompunk diner meets darkly whimsical sci-fi. #pixelart
More inking! I've recently rewatched #Hellraiser, and it's still amazingly good for a 1987 movie. Frank's Resurrection scene is a masterpiece. Cenobites are iconic. Crazy how Clive Barker made an all-time best horror classic with little filmmaking experience. Chatterer is my favoutire one.
Two months later, everyday morning practice is one of the highlights of my day. Here's some nerd stuff I like.
A nostalgic pixel art inventory set with a vibrant palette. Includes weapons, food, and artifacts, crafted for versatile RPG world-building. Inspired by classic adventures, and Legend of Zelda in particular. #pixelart
An older personal practice piece—a sci-fi tileset inspired by Chrono Trigger's future timeline. Capturing a tense, turn-based duel between an assassin and ninja in an underground complex. #pixelart
An animated retrowave wallpaper commissioned for an electronic musician. Captures a breezy night vibe where the creator gets lost in the flow, surrounded by iconic cyan and magenta hues. #pixelart
An old #pixelart platformer tileset for a space dock. Made in Pyxel Edit with a focus on gritty industrial details and sci-fi atmosphere. I still have warm nostalgia for Metroid style of level screens.
It's no wonder I once felt incredibly burnt out from artist job. I disregarded that you must not only work for money, portfolio or skill grind, but also without any reason. Morning sketchbook is what's been healing me for the past month.
Hi, #portfolioday! I work on #pixelart for games since 2014, and I'm available for new projects. Portfolio and Email are in bio.
Tree series quadrilogy. It's been great seeing how much I've progressed with depicting flora. Thanks for all the love on these. #pixelart
Today is my birthday! In my childhood, game development seemed the coolest thing ever. I started messing with pixels and hobby dev in 2000s. Look at me now, a real game artist! I think I'm happy with my place in life now. Would be great if you could repost my works. #pixelart
Birch: the return of the Tree! Also known as Tree III in the continuity of the franchise. #pixelart
