okay I PROMISE this is the last time I’m going to see project Hail Mary in theaters (until they bring it back to IMAX anyway)
I used a basic sourdough recipe and just added jalapeño everything bagel seasoning from Aldi during stretch and folds and then more to the top after I shaped it lol. But here’s a more detailed breakdown of the process!
every time I make a loaf of sourdough I’m like “wow this is the best loaf I’ve made so far” but genuinely this is the best loaf I’ve made so far in terms of flavor and crumb and just LOOK at that ear! 🤌🏻
I’m sad but I made everything bagel sourdough so at least I have that going for me

My brother would have been 42 today. It’s strange knowing this year I’ll turn the same age he was when he died, that soon I’ll be older than my big brother ever was. I feel like I have so much life left to live. He deserved to have that, too.
