My job was C-suite adjacent. Those guys have always only been obsessed with spinning numbers for quarterly reports to keep the analysts happy. Happy analysts = happy investors = happy board = keeping that C-suite office. Hence Karp’s comment below.

Every time I see a post where Trump admin idiots say something like that, I put another post on Facebook, like the one below, to prick some awareness into the narrow-minded bubbles some of my relatives and former neighbors live in.
