I believe in the Rule of Law, in our Constitution and in people's unalienable rights. I can't be on a social media platform that supports what's his name. So I'm here looking for the like minded.
Oslo at midnight after the Norwegian team won their match. Now that's a crowd.
It's tough to claim real hair when you use Silly String. But they do make Glo in the Dark for his Night Flights.
Tornado. Yesterday near Rochester, MN (Olmstead County). Lots of storm chasers out.
Cricket. 14 years old. How time flies. Too fast sometimes. Happy birthday, my darling girl. I can only hope I've given you as much as you've shared with me.
Someone might want to have a chat with Katie Miller because she thinks it's a 5 alarm fire that teen birth rates are down.
Good Morning! I'll be 14 next week and my Mom says I look "damn" good for my age. She also promised waffles. I'm telling you guys because I need to seal the deal.
I missed our Como Conservatory Annual Orchid show this year, but here's a pic from 2025. I think native orchids are gorgeous, and the Calypso is stunning. We're lucky in Minnesota to have a few of our own beauties.
Westminster Presbyterian, downtown Mpls, hosts town hall forums & has for 45 years. I attended today's program on "Ethics & Government: Wrestling with Truth & Democracy" - James Comey was the speaker and then part of a Q&A about do Ethics matter in Government? Nina Totenberg will speak in March.
Domino and our 1st Lhasa Beasley. Beasley loved him. These are photos of photos. So forgive the quality. This was our menagerie days. Dog, bunny, guinea pig, lovebirds, Teddy Bear hamster & a pac man frog.
Um. Hello. I believe you have forgotten to give me a treat after going outside. We have had this deal for a while now. Don't make me get weird on you.
Mainstreet, Hopkins MN Just in case you think we're only protesting ICE, we also do goofy stuff like gluing old toys to old cars. We are a people of many talents.
I just got this from a friend. R.T. Rybak, a former Mpls mayor is collecting his favorite posts. Love this one.
You'll have to enlarge, but this is Ghost. Everybody feeds him, so he's always around. We've also had black squirrels and a couple of strawberry blonde ones. Our bald eagles are big into squirrel snacks.
My favorite thing is her timing. If I'm busy and late with lunch, she'll first stare at me. I mean intense so that I look at her. Then, if ignored, I get the paw on my foot. Lastly, the paw is weaponized & I get wrapped. "Yes ma'am, I'm on it."
Oh my gosh. Totally like Huntley, my little guy. He was a yodeler. When he got going, Cricket would howl. A doggie duet. Loved "clothes" and toys. Hated storms. I still miss him.
Awww. I had big dogs prior and, of course, loved them. Lhasa's are still pretty uncommon and haven't been interfered with by breeders. They have very few health issues and are long-lived. My Lhasa, Beasley, the one before C, was 18. Here's my girl. She's a baby in the 2nd pic. They're cute puppies!
