More successful was the milling jig which took out the 3mm curve. Should add this is NOT how you should do a milling jig but it’s the pieces I had to hand and a bit of sanding got rid of the worst inconsistencies.
My 26 degree jig slice vs a basic 45 degree chamfer bit. Basically not a lot of difference once the board is flipped back over! Main problem is the reach of the router bit once offset by the jig. #woodworking

Replaced a dark narrow cupboard of doom with a pull out wotsit because I had the wood so it only cost me the drawer runners. Been a good weekend for the pottering.
