First order of various #sewing supplies now that I have some projects in mind. Mostly visible mending and finding a small project (maybe a pin cushion?) to practice with pinning, cutting, and following a pattern. It's coming together…

So I may have walked 6 miles #today in knock off Walmart Vans photographing #Pride today. The feet are sore. But the heart is full. #Today we built the raised beds and the laid the cardboard and mulch down. Next weekend is soil time and clearing out the old grow bags. Feels good to get my hands dirty and do something physical. Here's to a #summer full of #gardening lessons and growth.

Had a fantastic time this afternoon filling seed packets to give away at Pride later. Bulk seeds from #FruitionFarms, a few willing hands, 1000 little envelopes and handwritten labels, and a few hours (and laughs), and a few spilled #seeds along the way I'm sure. Feels good. Does good.
