FOX "News" now promotes a story that there is "proof" of Noah's ark (again). Did no-one ask them to explain how kangaroos, polar bears, bison, and penguins ended up on different continents? That is quite the round trip for poor old Noah and there is no account of that part of the job in the bible.
Wife is sick so we're stuck at home for the weekend. Made traditional Danish breakfast rolls (rundstykker) to pass the time. These are par-baked for freezing, so now I have easy lazy Sunday breakfast all sorted for a few weeks. Surprisingly time consuming. 5 hours from start to finish. #bakesky
Nice! I see you, and I raise you a traditional Danish fullgrain sourdough rye. This monster takes 36 hours to make and contains dark rye, kibled rye, wholemeal flour, linseeds, chia seeds, malt powder and molasses. It is so moist it needs 2 hours in the oven, and still stays fresh for a week.
I hope that someone will eventually hold her accountable to the victims. Until that happens, when I see that now historic photo, I see this:

It's warm today in Oz, so a cold homemade dinner is called for. But a charcuterie board is expensive, unless you make the poor guy at the supermarket deli counter give you: 4 slices of ham, 8 slices of peperoni, one spoonful of sundried tomatos etc. Luxury on a budget. US$40 all up, cheese included.

Every year, our local fire station drives Santa around to hand out candy to the children in our neighbourhood. They send out a lead car to drive down all the side streets with sirens on, to alert the kids to get to the main road before the fire engine with Santa arrives. Such a nice tradition.
When you are having a peaceful breakfast at your hotel in Melbourne after a romantic weekend out, and you realise something is about to go down, 2 hours before checking out... Turns out it is going to be Nazis against Antifa, so we bugged out. Made the last tram before they closed the area.
