Karma is one of those things where I know it's not real, but I pretend it's real to make the world a better place 🤞
One of the bennies of keeping my art separate from my income is just being able to bounce between two projects using roughly the same engine and not have to worry about deadlines.
I'll say that $60~ of the repairs are on me, I fucked up. But the nozzle shit itself to death last month and I was so upset I had to go lay down and take a rage nap
It's hard for me to gauge if this is even fun. Some of my earlier ideas are borrowing a lot from pikmin, but I really liked the idea of using pheromone trails. But most of all, I want to make a game I can play with my friends
I don't think I'm making anything new or impressive, but I am having a lot of fun :)
I love a good cheesy gore fest, that was a good one. I want to see Karl Urban and Anthony Starr in more bullshit. Starr's performance reminded me a lot of Glenn Howerton as Dennis Reynolds, it was incredible.
I learned this game only sold 450k units, and I want you all to know it's secretly the best star fox game. Branching storylines, 9 different endings, a mashup between turn based and action gameplay. The 9 different endings I think killed the timeline from continuing after this game. It was good!
Idk why localization teams think America can't handle cute little guys. Like those first couple of mega Man games where they kept changing the box art to be some gui joe looking shmoe. When MegaMan has one of the most baller video game character designs??
I played Twilight Princess in sixth grade, the one Zelda game with the weird tsundere imp who bullies Link after he's turned into a wolf, but then gets real flirty with him as the game progresses. Absolutely rewired my brain, I am granted rushes of endorphins and serotonin when short women bully me
I think you did good here, Hasslehoff. Lost cause you are not, you did it! If you feel like you struggle with them maybe try a different approach, I see storyboard artists always start with a loose perspective grid to put their characters on, then they worry about the backgrounds later
My husband has been getting into painting, so I've been joining him in that and having a lot of fun myself. He wants to develop his own version of Goya's Black Paintings. So I myself slapped together something Goya inspired
Finished Perfect Tides: Station To Station. I took a long time with this game, because I found the game to be emotionally difficult in a way that I wish more media was. It is incredible, it further pushes what you can do with a video game narrative. Absolutely loved it
Plate Up A very simple to say concept: Overcooked Rogue-like It's hard to find people who can play this game. It's stressful! But after losing two runs, my husband and I got deep into the flow of this game. This is the only Rogue-like my husband has ever gotten into, and it's my new favorite.
I did most of these hourlies on Sunday. I am LATE! I KNOW! Life is hard #hourlycomicsday
Pressure washing simulator 2 (On the switch 2) I will say, this game is slow. It gets more exciting at the end of each job, it becomes a game of where's Waldo. And you get to see the time lapse at the end of each job. Pairs really well with listening to a podcast or audiobook
Sedap: A culinary Adventure. A fun twist to the Overcooked genre, where you have to go out and hunt and gather the ingredients that you cook in your restaurant. This might end up being my favorite game I play this year, it's very well designed, and very satisfying to 100%
I'll start off with introducing my husband to Pikmin 3 last year. It's the only Pikmin game with a co-op main campaign, and it was my husband's first Pikmin game. We love games about coordinating the most efficient way to do tasks and he had so much fun. He beat all the Pikmin games twice in a yea
You ever think about how Zapp Branigan was supposed to be played by Phil Hartman, and when that didn't happen due to Hartman's untimely death, Billy West took over. It's a credit to West's talent, because you can hear the emulated Lionel Hutz and Troy McClure in Branigan's voice
