See that smashed bug? Most likely a tiny fruit fly, nemesis/ annoyance and found mashed on the inside of my Sauerkraut jar lid at first opening. Since this brand is identical to my own made-at-home kraut, I do not care. Can't fault a fruit 🍑 fly for good taste.
