So meet Ziktharix (draconic for "Clever Claw"), aka IMPUDENT WORM, aka You There, aka That Thing (which he is certain is Elvish for "Smart Scaled One"). Level 1 Kobold Artificer who talks to stone, repurposes broken things others throw away, and is trying to survive on the streets of Waterdeep.

So, any clues about what this symbol is? Considering the other side of the window had a “Deus vult” sticker, I’m guessing some kind of christo-fascist dog whistle rather than outright neo-Nazi shit like I encountered a couple of weeks ago. But it’s a really fine line between the two.
