Baby.

Beautiful semi-longhair cat with soft, white fur with brown and orange tabby van markings, lying on brown packing paper, on a blue-grey couch. He seems content. His big, cute front paws are crossed, and his back feet are stretched out, showing off his adorable pink toes and paw pads with tufts of his fluffy, white fur poking out from between. Making important stuff in Tomodachi Life.

He's made from his mii version. His claws are made out of golf clubs I stamped on and partially erased. I colored his iconic sweater from the first film, in, which is thick, red and green stripes, except for the sleeves, which are solid red. I still need to fix his hat, because it has a black band. In the first film, he had a brown band.

I can see Baby in the living room from my bed, so I keep yelling, "Hi, BB! I love you!" He's ignoring me now, but he was looking at me me like I was crazy before.

Was invited to an anxiety subreddit, and saw someone worried about having possible treatment resistant GAD (general anxiety disorder), so I wanted to make sure they knew their options. Everyone should have options. These also are used for depression.

Basically, I'd look into the different classes of antidepressants and other drugs used for anxiety, and make sure you've tried every type. After that, there are other physical therapies (as opposed to talk therapies), like rTMS (repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation), ketamine therapy, ECT (electroconvulsive therapy), VNS (vagus nerve stimulation), psilocybin, Spravato, cannabis.
I've had a SGB (stellate ganglion block) twice, which is similar to vagus nerve stimulation. I was put on ketamine to cause a trance-like state and amnesia of the proceedure, rather than anaesthesia, and they put an injection of local anesthetic into certain nerves in my neck. It's kind of an experimental treatment for PTSD, and a more established treatment for pain. Unfortunately, I only had a very small improvement of symptoms, and that could have been from the ketamine. Others have had much better results. I have ongoing trauma from birth, which affected my brain development and such, which is much different from, for example, one non-interpersonal trauma like an accident or weather disaster. So that could be a major factor of why it barely helped me, but helped others.
Also, make sure you've had a full health check for other health problems that might mimic or cause symptoms. Get your vitamins and mineral levels checked. Iron, D, and certain B deficiencies can cause mental health issues, as can thyroid issues, and several other things.
Supplementing vitamin D and omega 3 fatty acids may help some.
I hope you can find some relief. It can be really hard to find the right solutions, especially when many aren't often talked about. Hang in there.

Was watching a zoo show earlier, and Bestie didn't get to see the baby red pandas, so I nabbed a few from the internet. Pretty sure everybody needs cute baby animals right now. I know I do.

Cat break!

I have a bunch, but I wore my favourite, Eraserhead Baby, so much that I had to stop wearing it so it wouldn't disintegrate. It was oversized, so damn comfortable, and so damn ugly. I loved that shirt.
