So, farewell Duolingo. You got me going on a new language, which now fascinates and entertains me as I pay (someone else) for lessons. You killed off the forums and human staff that might have drawn me in. You didn't get a penny from me, ever, though you were frighteningly good at gamification.

Would you park a motorbike here? See alt text for a bit of explanation

A parking bay in Basinghall Street, City of London. On the far left of the frame a pavement sign indicates motorcycle parking (free of charge) and has a 'parking suspended sign' up, but with no date entered (very normal for City of London as they enter dates when closures are required without having to put up new signs). On the right of the frame, where a motorcycle parking sign used to be, a slightly shonky pavement sign shows "Disable badge holders only" with some time restrictions. However the painted bay is still the SOLO MOTORCYCLES ONLY it's always been. WWYD?
