A parkrun away day at South Woodham Ferrers, an out and back running mostly alongside the beautiful River Crouch.
That was a hot one at the marathon relay, our mixed team finished in 3hrs 48 minutes.
A big day ahead, firstly my beloved parkrun, before the final football game of the season. Can my team clinch promotion to the Premier league !!!

Lovely day out in London yesterday, back in Greenwich to have a look around Cutty Sark. Then lunch at Zizzi looking over the river, followed by a cruise up to Westminster.
A new parkrun destination today at Walton Promenade. I really enjoyed it, super friendly and a flat, fast, out and back course. Stepped the pace up another notch as part of my injury recovery, with no problems and felt good. Negative splits as a bonus.

Had a lovely birthday trip to London yesterday visiting Greenwich. Love the DLR through Canary Wharf, twisting and turning around the skyscrapers before disappearing under the river. Walked back via the Greenwich foot tunnel for a meal at Zizzi Tower Hill before catching the train home. 25000 steps.
This was an experimental painting I completed a few years ago. Watered down acrylic paints were used to achieve the effect.
My 350th parkrun yesterday at beautiful Alton Water. The RD's daughter even made me a "350" biscuit.
