Putting this here because I know you’ll appreciate it - just got a new turntable and this is just sounding so wonderful. Added bonus - haven’t seen the insert for this LP since the 80s 😍🥹💧
Our lad Kai’s rapidly ascent of the trip-hop ladder continued at a packed Club Cheek in Brixton yesterday…
In 1974, they were much more primitive- 2 members played self-built electronic percussion (there were no drum machines), and the graphics were limited to a single image on the backdrop, which of course is still a central symbol ❤️
Kraftwerk in Edinburgh last night was an eye-popping experience. Incredible that the last time I saw them in Leith was 52 years ago.
Frank Skinner was screamingly funny this afternoon at @fallfuturespast 👏👏👏

Woody is 75 today… the brittle tension his playing brought to Ziggy Stardust is so underrated. As a human he is kind and approachable. He is still very active in music and life. An excellent human being.
1. Practising “all day” since I quit work 2. Walking home from the gym 3. Oh look, the moon, but bigger. It’s my new audio-visual lifestyle EP.
Sure, the Fife Coastal Path is great and all, but have you ever tried the Elie Chain Walk?? jamescarron.wordpress.com/features/eli...
An exhibition of kimono culture in Dundee has got me looking forward to visiting Tokyo in a few weeks 🇯🇵❤️
