Of course, he's not self-aware enough to realize this, but what he's actually saying is (1) most of the "work" people like him do involves managing each others' neuroses, and (2) actually Psychology is where the irreplaceable jobs are.
Perhaps an obvious choice, but I hard to think of a more memorable performance:
I'm very proud of this map, but I feel like its easier to complete all 50 if you've lived in a Dakota -- you get the hard ones for free. Also not sure how meaningful the distinction between "Stayed" and "Visited" is. I've stayed overnight in a lot of places I didn't spend much time "visiting".
