Pepsy (and Shirley) the wonder whippets
@pepsy-the-whippet
I'm Pepsy from Fareham Hampshire with my sister Shirley. I like sleeping, cuddling, chasing squirrels, scandi crime dramas (especially their knitwear), treats, more sleeping, trolling Cruela (my MP), and warm blankets. #whippets #ProgressivePups
Never too hot for whippet zoomies. Please don't judge or dads on the state of the garden, we are on great wave 4 of the summer.
Whippets: dogs adapted for an ever hotter planet.
Shirley was having too much fun playing with second favourite dad, so I had to intervene.
2nd favourite dad managed to get a photo of himself wearing an "I Hate Elon" badge in the houses of parliament. He's temporarily been promoted to favourite dad. #TeslaTakedown
Heatwave last week, hailstorms this week. At least Shirley is feeling better after her accident.
My sister Shirley is on the mend from her accident. She's getting bored convalescing, so second favourite dad let her indulge in some karaoke. She loves singing along to Shirley Basset, without fail. #ShirleyBassey #DogsDoingKaraoke
Shirley seems to be making good progress after her accident. I'm doing my duties as a good big sister by cuddling her and occasionally even letting her have one of the chews.
Poor little Shirley managed to gouge an 8 inch bit off her side when running through the brambles this afternoon. 😢 She's had emergency surgery, and so long as the skin doesn't die and she doesn't get an infection, she should hopefully be ok. Worst of all, I'm not allowed to be with her.
I love my sister really. Even though I don't always show it and sometimes get jealous of her chews and toys.
Quick power nap before #Eurovision.
It's a hard life being a whippet...
Morning sunbathing spot. It's only 22 degrees indoors.
Shirley pretending to be all sweetness and innocence.
Super zoomies with our whippet friend Tilly at Cams Hall, #Fareham.
Zoomies on the beach, Isle of Wight
Shirley and I had a lovely day on the Isle of Wight with Dads and uncle Mohammed. I was very brave on the ferry and the bus. Shirley was a bit scared.
We whippets are actually part lizard. We like to bask in the sun to heat up, before a short burst of running around like a lunatic, followed by more sunbathing.
Who wants to play a game of Spot The Whippet?
