if there's two things i know, it's women and exactly what's going to happen in the future
I think it's really funny when the Send do some shit and really rub our faces in it like "Yeah, this is what you like, isn't it. Eat up this slop, you hogs." and this is the slop in question:
oh you think the sens don't still miss josh norris? explain this guy they just traded for then:
For most people I meet, the penny doesn't really drop for them until I show them that they could drive for 24 hours straight and not even get out of Ontario in that time.
Fraud Brind'Amour watch is back on, folks. They had 12 days to prepare for this series and in that time Andrei Svechnikov turned into Drake Batherson defensively.
"oh the canes, they're so well coached, they are so dominant, the physicality and speed are just impossible to deal with" man, either do the job or shut the fuck up
"just because i'm a Girl Dad doesn't mean that I have to stop being a dumbass who always tries to fight the other team's captain"
That narrative isn't really a thing. All up, they're probably down 1-2 points max over the course of the season from scoring too many goals at the wrong time.
The Sens have scored 3 goals on 10 xG in this series. Carolina has scored 7 goals on 10.7 xG. That's it. That's the series. We talk about how much of that can be improved through roster decisions, but at the core of your emotions, your lizard brain is being fooled by small sample sizes.
This isn't Copium, this is real: I'm seeing a timeline full of people who are making themselves insane about the Sens for understandable reasons. However, I beg you to try to cling to a shred of rationality. The Sens are not getting collectively destroyed at 5v5.
