I do have a detail observation though.
If we presume that the engine got pulled out because of a bump at the railway while the beetle was hanging low because overloaded, then the loss of the engine would've solved the overload issue and the rear of the car would be sitting high after the incident. So I'm looking at the rear wheel arch trying to assess whether it's high or low.

Of course it might be a prank and that might be a dummy inflatable engine they've left on the track. There's no oil slick.

I'm a real hoot at a party btw.
