I don't know who needs to know this but, you can turn off repeat notifications in Android. It's been 5 - years - that I've had this damn phone and only today found this setting. Don't suffer inanimate objects being programmed with "abandonment issues" to keep you fiddling with it. Turn it off.

I tried making a copy of "computers are for porn" in MS Paint on my laptop, but have no idea how to turn it into a screen filter to see if it works. I've got a blue-block filter that turns on at sunset, so I know filters "are a thing", I just don't have a clue how to do it.
