I also saw (mostly heard) some new birds. I managed to photograph a Pygmy Nuthatch and an olive-sided flycatcher #birds
Saw these super cool, rare(?) snow plants while hiking today. They do not get energy from chloroplasts (no leaves) and instead use local fungus to get nutrients. Very striking!
