Growing my beard out for winter... Will probably trim it back down when the weather starts to warm up, but not entirely hating it either.

Decided to test my skills on my first transparent models a few days ago... Definitely a learning curve to which paints do and don't work, but I'm liking the end result...

Gym progress accountability (because I feel like it). Been on a hard journey the last few months, but looking at the positives I'm down to 104kg from 139kg! So now focusing on consistency & continued reduction in fat % (down to 26.9% from 32.4%)
I challenged myself to start and finish something in a single afternoon, and I'm so proud of what I accomplished... Paint and varnish are all me but I had help! Thank @jluna3d.bsky.social for another amazing model & @meholt.bsky.social for printing.
Today should be for cuddling & soft things. Instead, my morning will be filled with intentional action. Progress is only progress if you're not going to sleep at the end of the day in the same situation you woke up in... We control our experience.
Autumn morning cup of coffee... I'll never be a morning person, but that doesn't stop me from showing up anyway!

Been a while… figured I should probably post something for 2026.
This was the original unpainted resin print that @meholt.bsky.social made for me…
Blame @meholt.bsky.social for getting me to try miniature painting… We printed this design by JLuna3D (cults3d.com/en/users/JLu...) in resin and I used the slap chop painting technique to give it texture and colour.
With winter coming, I decided to finally hunt down a comfortable “oodie” to wear on the couch during chilly evenings…
Tired boy is tired… and crawling into bed early tonight (yes there are reasons)… I’m almost due for a haircut and beard trim soon…
Might have accidentally overcooked myself in the bath… how does @meholt.bsky.social do this regularly?? Added some epsom salts to the water (with bubble bath of course because it’s not a bath without bubbles) to help reduce some of the pain of getting old…
Just playing around with some lighting gear I bought a few months back. Sometimes you gotta introduce “play” into your hobbies to ensure they stay fun…
