PIH Rwanda staff visit Ndayambaje Janvier and Uwamaliya Janine and their children at their home. PIH staff built a fence for the family's house, created a kitchen garden, and planted fruit trees. The family also received livelihood support, helping them purchase land and build their home.

Mpho Mahamo, an X-ray Assistant with PIH Lesotho, travels on horseback through Mohale's Hoek to deliver mobile X-ray services, bringing essential diagnostic care closer to remote communities.

Fuel shortages continue to affect communities across Malawi, especially in remote areas like Neno. PIH staff is working to ensure patients can continue accessing high-quality care despite transportation and supply challenges.

In Peru, community health workers helped Jesús Rosario and her family navigate health care services through home visits, guidance, and ongoing support, enabling her to return to work.

Built through a partnership between PIH Liberia, the Maryland County health team, and the Puluken community, the Puluken Town Canoe helps residents access medical care and other essential services. This canoe transformed a nearly impossible commute into a 3-minute ride.
