I was missing her a lot, still missing her... but I also met Ruby 6 months later...
I had to send Sadie over last fall after 13 1/2 years. For the last 5 after 2 knee surgeries I had to lift her each night unto bed, and that last night I knew. It is so hard. This is her just a month before so she lived happy right to end.
I just did that 2 mos ago! Thats Ruby at 3 months - she's 5 now.
