i am once again fantasizing about pink laptops that aren't underpowered machines destined for e-waste. all the pink laptops i see on ebay are like. 4-8GB RAM / 64GB storage / Celeron laptops. i feel really bad for computer-unsavvy people who end up with PCs like that and wonder why they're so slow

broke down and finally crawled back to dark mode on macOS, after trying out a light-to-dark transition based on daylight. the contrast on a lot of the UI elements was truly awful lmfao. but that's fine. i've been a dark mode user before it was even commonplace
