This person posted a one star review of The New York Ripper, a movie which does not appear to be streaming for free anywhere. They had to put effort in to either download it or seek it out or pay for it. I don’t want to shame them, but I gotta know how this happened!

Unforgiven perfectly captures the soul of America as it is rather than as we believe or imagine it to be. Your hero is a monster, your villain believes he is your hero, there is no justice but what can be bought, and when Death rides in on his pale horse "deserve" has got nothing to do with it.

Clint Eastwood in Unforgiven. He stands in the rain, black hat and duster, face slightly bloodied. He is snearing out an order to the town to bury his friend and a threat to return and kill their families if they do not comply. A gun is in his waistband, still hot from killing a dozen men including the sheriff and the unarmed bar keep. Torrential rain falls from the sky. The frame is split between light and darkness with the darkness winning by an inch. Eastwood is split almost 50/50. The American flag is burry in the background, on the side of the light but hovers only over left side of his body, where a gun is holstered but not the hand he would use to reach it.
