If you haven't, you should really REALLY check out Barony. I've been playing it consistently for a couple of months and I genuinely think this is one of the most ambitious and unique games I've ever played. It's SO MUCH fun to play with friends too. The learning curve is steep, but worth it 100%
I wish "immersion" wasn't so often used as a synonym for "realistic" because there are absolutely people out there who will straight-faced tell you THIS is the most immersed they've ever been in a video game and mean it with their entire being. And I think that's amazing.
Kinda curious, did anyone else have their opinions on certain video games be completely changed this year? I've got two.
