For some, “Vote Blue No Matter Who” only applies when you can bundle together large donations from multi millionaire bed wetters. I know @nytimes.com will never get it but “Third Way” has never been a Democratic group. They have a third way. It’s in their name.

So NYT reports that Third Way is spending $15-million to discredit democratic socialism ahead of the presidential elections. "Their fear: Dr. El-Sayed was paving a path for a progressive to seize the party's presidential nomination in
2028 - and then go on to lose the general election."
Except that is not their real fear. Their real fear is that the left will go on to *win* the general election, and, like Mamdani in NYC, prove that the left can govern. They are willing to throw the general election to Republicans by smearing the left and dividing and demoralizing the Dem base to avoid that outcome.
How do we know they are willing gamble in this way? Because that's how Trump won the first time.

Kean was last in DC March 5th. No one noticed he was missing until the end of April. Since then his office has been telling us that he’ll be back to work soon. Back to work apparently means he’s attending a DC fundraiser for himself just before Congress goes into summer recess. NJ7 deserves better

Registering new Democrats is not a winning campaign strategy, as it takes a great amount of manpower and often does not translate into votes, since those folks were inactive anyway.
Research shows that people with a habit of voting are the ones you need to target, especially those who are already registered Democrats who vote infrequently.
