Just in case you were wondering what impact the hiring of Black and female pilots (DEI) had on airline safety... As you would expect, hiring the best talent (rather than just the best white talent) coincided with a massive decrease in fatal accidents.
Cape Town, where the locals take you to the top of one mountain to take a photo in front of another mountain. First time here, the city is lovely and the people are very nice.
