Get a puppy they said, it will be fun they said* *is is mostly fun, though hard work. I knew teething was rough, but I didn’t realize just how rough
We tried to think of all the things we needed to think about with having a puppy, and one we didn’t consider (but make sense) is she doesn’t like going outside much. We will have to teach her how to take a walk but right now she wants no part of it, lol. Our being on a bus route is not helping. 😅😅

Latest finished book, a classic I never read. I enjoyed it very much but as always with Russian authors I struggle with the sheer volume of names
This was my childhood diner. Spent a lot of time there, esp in high school. My dad was a regular, so all the older waitresses would fuss over me. ‘A’ saw the Silver Lining Playbook trailer and made me watch, I causally said that it looked like upper Darby then SCREAMED when I saw my diner!
Finished Slow Horses last night. It not a book I’d heard of before the (excellent) tv series, and I enjoy that so much I thought I’d read the book. Just as good! Now I need to rewatch the first season and get more books in the series
