I literally haven’t worn ANY clothes since Friday night. Nudie puppy has enjoyed the fuck out of this!! Haven’t had a weekend with nothing planned in a long time and took advantage of it. Now, since I wfh mostly, how long should I keep this up? Grab my leash and make the decision for me? #mcm

Been a minute since one of these updates but feeling really proud to be down 23 lbs 😊 The scale has slowed down but I’m in the phase where the body changes are more pronounced. I can fit into things I haven’t fit in a while and feeling good! Keeping it up. Still some room to go before the goal 💪
Trying to fall asleep but this thing has other plans. Making this soft lock & full denial really difficult tonight but it beats trying to fall asleep in a cage tonight instead! 🔒 Locked up does great things for headspace but not for an undisturbed night sleep hehe. Love working in an industry where it’s apparently completely acceptable for someone outside my company to yell at me on a call, tell me to “Fuck off”, yet expects me to magically make miracles happen for them. Was able to just shrug this one off but it just wears on you some days.

Fuck it. Work has been so crap this week. Stress headaches and anxiety and enough getting yelled at for stuff that’s not my fault all week. Working nude and hood on for the rest of the day and no one can stop me 😤 The compression does wonders for me so just doing it. Is it Friday yet?!
