I love Eric's coins!! It is a fantastic idea!! 😁 I imagine Pandaria having diverse sets of pierced coins that mix together all areas, the oldest tokens supposedly dating back from Shao'hao. It is such a mess that trade is still accepted in many markets. Pandarens do not offer each other medals.
To me, Xuen's Pandaren visage is a mix between a tiger and a panda. From far away he looks like a massive pandaren, but you see him closer it is obvious he is a tiger. (That yokai vibe) To me, Xuen left the leadership of the monks to the Shado-Pan lord. Therefore, he never wears the uniform.

Not sure it fits, but here is Commander (O'Shovah) Farsight. The angriest and most rebellious warrior of the Tau. He once looted a demonic sword that should have cursed him. But, because he believes only in the Tau'va and the Better Good, it just grants him extra life. I love that guy.
