I think Narding enjoyed the parade. I slathered him in sunscreen but he's super fair-skinned and turns super red.

Tried to go to the Westerville Fourth of July celebration, got drenched as soon as we got there (literally right as the festivities were starting). Went to City BBQ and called it a night, too drenched to go back and enjoy it even if the rain died out.

Witch Hat Atelier Cour 1 WHAT WAS THAT CLIFFHANGER??? RIP anime onlys. Anyway, this anime is absolutely gorgeous and is doing the manga justice IMO. Can't wait to see more of it animated even if I have to wait, I love the manga.

Cocoon This manga is both beautiful and horrifying at the same time. Probably going to be thinking about this for a while, and I'm no stranger to horror stories of WWII from my family. Be warned that even if the art style looks simplistic, it's actually pretty graphic with injuries and dead bodies.

Gunsmith Cats Burst With this i finished all of Gunsmith Cats. Burst really tied up a lot of loose ends from the original Gunsmith Cats and gave a nice ending for everything. Always impressed with Sonoda's depiction of Chicago.

My new locker at work is not really good for storing manga. I still have more coming, but I just may keep them at my parents house where they're being shipped to. Keeping these in my work locker so I don't have to pack them up for the house move and I don't have to dig them out later.

Years from now Narding's class will probably learn about Magellan and I'm sending this photo to school with him (unless we take a trip back to Mactan and I can take an even better photo of us here) with FAFO written on the back.
