Just an ordinary Swede, trying to understand where we as society went wrong. Everyone is welcome here as long as you support equal rights for everyone.
Cats really do not understand the idea of personal space, but that is okey because they are very good at making you slow down and just relax.
I do enjoy winter up here in the north, but I must admit that as I grow older I have started to prefer summer quite alot more. Especially since its always so short.
Out walking a trail and suddenly I found this place, nice way to teach children about different animals out in the wild. Should have more like this to teach.
grew up with the german bedtime stories and not disneys versions, might explain alot about me.
Molly (Black one, 11 years old.) and Dresden (12 years old) are probably the two most important things that keeps me calm when the world around us seems to speedrun into the next world war.
translation : I was thinking about complaining about my day, then i realised.... That its not 48 degrees celsius That im not 457 miles away from home That I dont have 40kg gear on me everyday That I wont drive on a IED Thank you, all that risk their lives for others
having Thalassophobia, fear of deep ocean and playing subnautica 2 is an experience, thats for sure.
went for a walk, with the world being on fire and everything going to shit its important to relax sometimes aswell.
A few years ago I went skydiving for the first time, done it once more since then and must say its the most fun I have ever done with my clothes on :P As someone that is terrified of heights I did it as a challenge to myself and I recommend everyone to do it atleast once in their life.
14 years ago I went skydiving for the first time, must admit that its the most amazing thing I have ever done. Done it more since then but nothing beats the first time. I wanted to see if I could defeat my fear of heights and jumping out of a plane is a good way to do that.
Finally feels like spring, I do love the winter but it does get depressing up here in the north.
I fucking hope the US leaves NATO, would hurt us in the short run but in the long run it would make us so much safer without having backstabbing soldiers in our countries. Im so tired of the USA and everything that comes across the atlantic. I rather work more with china than the USA at this point
Dresden and Molly enjoying the fact that the sun is really out for the first time in what feels like months, and the fact that they can be out on the balcony without freezing. Wont be long before they demand that the balcony door be opened atleast 12 hours a day.
This is the look of a cat that just got home after spending 6 hours at the vet for a false alarm because appatently he had issue releasing gas....which ofcourse he did perfectly fine at the vet so everything is all good now. Scaring me for nothing but atleast it was nothing bad :P
Near me they have started to use these instead, making it much easier for nightlife of animals and insects to live there. In this case I think it helps especially the local bat population
I have shared these before and I will do again. We are all equal, no matter sex, gender, skin color. Everyone is worth defending. We are all human beings.
16 Years of Remembrance Today, we honor the memory of those who gave everything: Captain Johan Palmlöv Lieutenant Gunnar Andersson Interpreter Muhammad Shabab Ayoulay On this day, February 7, 2010, they made the ultimate sacrifice for peace in Afghanistan (FS18).
Even my nation Sweden, who was not even part of NATO at the time had soldiers die in Afghanistan while aiding the USA. Trump and his cult are a stain on everything all of our soldiers stood and bled for. Cant understand any veteran that supports him.
Swedish fallen Soldiers returning from Afghanistan, the price we paid for helping our friends in the USA. and this is the thanks we fucking get from the US? We were not even part of NATO when we helped, when our men and women fought and died for your war.
