Some practice of quick figure sketches, from the other day. These were kept to around 8 - 10 mins. But I'm trying to scale down the time. Still really tough to work in the 5 mins time constraint. Overall, not too bad. 👍🙂

With all the mental struggles I had this year. Thank heaven I've been pretty consistent when it comes to exercising (weight training/cardio). Honestly, I don't know where I would be mentally without it. It isn't a cure all. But it definitely helps. 😉💪 #furry #health #exercise
