9. Final Fantasy III DS Two years later and rely on walkthrough to find my way back into the vague story each time I was picking it back 🤣 Not an outstanding game, super unbalanced, but for a NES game the job system was ambitious! I still had a good time even if I don't really like jobs in games.
The Villagers neighborhood is finally done. I'm trying to rework my 2020 island without terraforming, because I hate the terraforming tool, and use it as it.
When your kids say our Island is ugly and we should redo it. Well, I called Resetti and this is what we got done so far.

J'ai terminé ma lecture de "Yellowface" de Rebecca F. Kuang. J'ai bien aimé cette lecture. Le personnage principal est antipathique. En fait, tout le monde est dépravé dans cet ouvrage. La nature perverse du genre humain y est bien dépeint. Avec sa satire, l'autrice fait mouche à chaque fois.
Day 7 was a pelican so I decided to go with Pelipper instead. I keept the random jumping fish from the exercice.
Je viens de terminer la ma lecture de "La fille du train" de Paula Hawkins. Honnêtement, je me suis rarement autant ennuyé avec une lecture. Dans les derniers chapitres lorsqu'on finit par rassembler toutes les pièces du puzzle, elles ne semblent pas s'emboîter. L'histoire manque de fini.

This time, it was Black eyed Susan. I used gel pen for the outline. Ilthe picture doesn't show it, but the petales are done with a glitter pen and it is actually pretty.

The second assigment was a beach. I was not really liking it last night, so I added some details. This morning, everything is dry and I think the result is not that bad. I use dollar store washi tape, it tears off the paper when I takenit of 😅
J'ai adoré ma lecture de "Cléopâtre par Natasha Solomons". Excellente réécriture de cette grande femme que l'histoire a voulu effacer et relayer au rang d'amante de l'homme le plus puissant de son ère tout simplement parce que ses organes génitaux ne pendouillaient pas à l'extérieur de son corps.
8. Islanders New Shores New Shores doesn't reinvent the game... But there is new biomes (one is very nice), new buldings (which are fine), I have mixed feeling on boons. Visually I fail to see the upgrade. Islanders or Islanders New Shores, they both offer the same feel good and cozy feeling.
It been a while since I last did something artistic. I'm gonna try to keep up with the July watercolours challenge. I still have no idea how that medium works, so I will try my best to get the assigments done.
