I had the most recharging week in the wilderness. Absolutely needed that. No phone, no internet, just the mountains and a beautiful lake to float. (Serious lack of photos due to not carrying a phone)

See ya Friday I am off to a place with no connection of any kind. If I am not back Friday I either quit my job and went walk about or .... bear.

Tonight I had dinner with friends at Dante Cleveland. Had the privilege to meet Dante Boccuzzi and he signed a copy of his cookbook. Great pre fixe. He is sure to get a star in January IMO. Real down to earth guy and fantastic food. Of course we talked fish skin technique... lol I am a nerd.

Hot day but kinda purty.

Critter under patio 1 - Marty 1 at the half. 2 blocks sank suddenly, looks like a critter tunnel/den (nothing in it). Dug up the bricks and filled it in with pea gravel. Compacted paver sand again and reset. Now just gotta do the joints. Resetting a non edge area kinda sucks.
