Every person seeking abortion care deserves it. Period. Documented, undocumented, citizen, resident, gay, bi, straight, trans, Black, brown, white — none of it changes what a body needs, or what it deserves.
As always, some people are coming for our reproductive freedom — and they are organized, funded, and very loudly and visibly on the record. So we need to be louder and even more visible.
Michigan voters passed reproductive freedom into the state constitution in 2022. But now the people who have spent the last three years figuring out how to undo that have just won their primaries. Y'all, they're coming for Michigan. And we're here to say absolutely f*cking not.
LFG MICHIGAN! Today's vote isn't just about one little issue. It's about every damn thing happening to and in our communities, state, and world. It's about reproductive freedom, immigrant justice, racial justice, community safety, our planet, our taxes, our choices, our future. ALL OF IT.
