The Investing in State Energy Act will speed up the delivery of cost-saving weatherization funding to help bring down energy costs and save families and states money. I’ll keep fighting to deliver federal dollars back to Granite Staters to meet their needs and lower their energy bills.

Energy prices are way too high right now, and Granite Staters are feeling the pinch. I’m working hard to find every way we can put money back in people’s pockets. That’s why today I introduced the Investing in State Energy Act.

New numbers are in on the cost of President Trump’s Iran war for Granite Staters at the pump. New Hampshire drivers have spent $296,182,222 more on gas.

Investing in substance use treatment and prevention works. That’s why I introduced a bill to ensure these programs can reach everyone who needs it. I’ll always fight to deliver the resources we need to save lives and help our communities stop this crisis.

Veterans should be able to access the care they need close to home. I’m thrilled about this PACT Act lease for a new outpatient clinic for our veteran community. I’ll always fight for our veterans to receive high-quality care, and to cut the red tape between them and the treatment they deserve.

Congratulations to everyone who made cutting the ribbon at The Village on Technology Hill possible! In addition to 440 apartments, The Village includes green space, recreation paths, and a child care center. It’s proof that when we work together, we can get so much done for our communities.

U.S. Marine Corps Private First Class Edgar R. Norcross was 18 years old when he gave his life for his country during WWII. 80 years later his remains have been identified and yesterday I was honored to join his loved ones for a service welcoming him home to NH once and for all.

Housing costs and supply are a top issue facing families in New Hampshire & across the country. The President is refusing to sign comprehensive bipartisan legislation into law to help address housing needs, because he wants to meddle in elections and stop American citizens from being able to vote.

We’re not backing down from getting the 21st ROAD to Housing Act signed into law, which would lower costs and increase supply. I met with Senator Hassan, housing experts, and advocates about how this bill would make meaningful progress that is urgently needed. We’ve got to keep pushing forward.

For 38 years CASA of NH’s Marty Sink has been a dedicated child advocate, and has left a profound impact on children in the foster and court systems. As she starts her well-deserved retirement, I joined community members and all Granite Staters in thanking Marty for all she has done for NH children.

Grateful to community members and advocates for joining me for a hike around Bartlett Forest yesterday. I’ll continue to fight to protect our great outdoors and our New Hampshire way of life.

NEW: I’m making sure the Trump administration is following through on its commitments to make critical upgrades at Manchester VA Medical Center.

Great to meet with Portsmouth’s Captain J.J. Hughes, a pilot with Jet Blue, and representatives with the Air Line Pilots Association! Air safety is essential as Granite Staters use it to travel for work, fun, and family. I’m focused on that on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.

Our President is a toddler. He’s refusing to sign an overwhelmingly bipartisan bill to address the housing crisis, lower construction costs, and stop Wall Street from jacking up prices – all because he wants to meddle in elections and hinder American citizens' ability to vote.

The opening of Avery Lane means 95 more units of affordable housing for residents in need of a safe, affordable place to live. I was thrilled to join the many community leaders, partners, and supporters who made this happen for the ribbon-cutting ceremony this morning.

Grateful to join the NH Alliance for Healthy Aging this morning to talk about issues impacting older Granite Staters . It’s even harder right now to live on a fixed income, budget for essentials, and have the stability to retire. I will keep fighting for the aging community.
