I live in MI. This is really not funny, but I have bad humor…and a headache… For today, it’s better to live in Hell versus Paradise and crossing the bridge to get there is worse….

I detest how people talk about how beautiful the world is and then show me a bunch of AI rendered pictures of it. THIS is the world. THESE are photos. AI is not real. AI is what you want to see, not what is.
Honestly, Pritzker did right. ANY team (except GB Packers) can be moved at whim of owners. They do it because they only care about their bottom lines. They go where they get what they want and the fans/cities get screwed. The owners outlawed ownership like the Packers. Why? Greed.
I found a beat up bulb on a logging road. I picked it up, took it home, planted it in my yard. That was 4 years ago. Never thought it would grow. Watered and fertilized it. Today, it’s even multiplying. Shows one how love and caring grows beautiful things. Hate and greed destroy.
One way we resist: not buying bread/jam. We make it. We also share with family/friends. We do support locally owned bakeries/businesses too, but it’s way cheaper to make our own…we know what’s in it too. Rhubarb is part of our landscaping. “Take care of the land and it will take care of you.”
This is what happens when white trash moves into the neighborhood. When you go by a house that looks like shit: junk everywhere, garbage and flying magat flags, well, this is their leader. They are alike in so many ways….no pride in their appearance: gawdy, loud and stupid.
I have never seen so many apple blossoms on the trees around the property. And the bees are buzzing…. Might have a bumper crop of apples this year.
This is why we take care of the land because the land takes care of you…. I will make sure to teach my grandkids so future generations will know. Yes, it’s only jam now, but the land provides so much more when we are its stewards rather than its “owners”.

Trilliums are everywhere!! Love them!! And, what is amazing to me is that it takes 10 years for a plant to bloom and it can be totally destroyed when picked. We are hoping to get them to multiply heartily out on our back property for future generations. I just find them amazing!
Imagine making 7.25 hr/ 290.00 week and having to fill up your tank once a week Congressmen. Take out taxes, food, rent… How the fuck does one live on that? 15 hr/600 week. Take out taxes, food, rent…. How the fuck does someone live on that? Get real Congressmen. Get fucking real.
This is Franklin D Roosevelt (Franklin). We got the news, a bit ago, that he is going blind. We are learning what needs to be done to help him cope, but I think WE are the ones learning how to cope. He’s been my support dog since we got him in 2020, so now we are the support humans.
They are naming names. Believe them. Investigate and arrest these names. Put the god damn rapists behind bars! Wtf ppl! You’ll put children, families in detention centers, kill innocent children, ppl in Iran, fishing in boats, but leave rapists alone for money?? Jfc!!!
Good morning all my BlueSky friends and family! We have loads of flowers and young leaves….Finally! Rain will be here later today, so I will appreciate spring in all it’s glory. In respect to those who aren’t able, I promise to try and not take these moments for granted.
I just wanted to share some of my peace with all of you. Every morning I wake up and start the day new taking on challenges/resisting. By night, I’m exhausted as I know many of you are too. I find peace on my porch looking up to the stars.
Humor gets me through so much. This is Shrimp…my daughter’s new pet shrimp. I may be physically 60 years old, but my brain, right now, is roughly 12.
Depressed today. My Franklin, who just turned 6, is going blind. His vet appt was today. He has Progressive Retinal Atrophy. I know. He’s a dog, but he is my boy and is more than a dog. He’ll adjust; we’ll take care of him. I’d do anything for a person: I’ll do anything for him. My boy.
