Shuffled things around and put an old 1080p LCD TV on a vertical mount so I can use it as a second display with my desktop (via a Display Port > HDMI adaptor). Turns out, after a LOT of testing, nothing works on my >1yo 9070XT's DP outputs. Other Half has the same card, works a treat. GREAT.
