I'm in the process of painting my bathroom. Today, I was painting the window sill when this character jumped up to see what I was doing. She was remarkably good-natured at being shoved in a sink and each paw scrubbed under running water.

If you’re looking for something to do in the Logan Square part of Chicago, the Insect Asylum is worth a visit. Where else can you buy a jar of opossum testicles and see an amazing array of beetles, all arranged like a cabinet of curiosities? And meet Opal?
