Rengoku, or Awa Taishou Go Jr Matsunaga, loves holding a toy during his walks! He is our newest Japanese Akitainu adult import from Japan for our program! We had him for a week so far, and I absolutely adore him. Very confident, stoic, yet remarkably affectionate and silly with us.

You are correct! Basically, the first set were the "Drawn" version (the scars are airbrushed). They rereleased the set soon after which were the "Embroidered" version (scars were embroidered). Both were created by the same company Top SangYo! Here is a better photo. I used to own that large one!

Our little Japanese Akitainu shrine in our entrance. This is also Nezuko's final resting place. This breed will also be very special to Nao and I. Despite the heartache, we will continue advocating and preserving Akitainu through our kennel.

This year I really need to learn to digitally sculpt. I wont stop sculpting figures traditionally in clay but my health has been making it difficult for me to consistently produce new pieces ahh.. it's very hard on my hands and unfortunately, I work slow. I just gotta accept new technology.
