15) Foolish Mortals: As a fan of the Disneyland Paris' Phantom Manor I am... mixed to positive on this. It's a great and solid adventure game with good puzzles and a fun atmosphere that gives Melanie Ravenswood the good ending she deserves. She just doesn't accomplish it herself.

14) Lost wiki Kozlovka! Someone I follow on steam picked it up, thought it looked interesting after finishing The Roottrees are dead, and uh, very short and sweet. Much less to trawl through than roottrees with pluses and minuses. But I very much enjoyed it!

13) Mothman 1966 okay. Shorter and weirder than I thought but no complaints!

12) Requiem again! Played it for a friend and while it still feels like it's missing SOMETHING (and the end makes no sense) I do like Grace and Leon having a no Ada adventure.

11) Bugaboo Pocket: I feel like I missed 1 plot message and it wasn't as idle as I was promised, but the sprite work and message about bugs is pretty great and so is the music. Over all good time!

There is some kind of green beetle at the bottom flying above dirt with grass behind it. The title is at the top all in green with the A looking like a fly and pocket in an oval design underneath.

10) Spirit of Justice beaten again! I... don't know if it's my favorite. Apollo's ever changing back story makes him a bit less defined and I'm not sure how I feel about the final case, but it's not BAD. At the end of the day, this is a story about lawyers solving crimes and I get the escalation.

9) FINAL FANTASY 4 DS!!! My white whale is done!!! Got stuck before the final dungeon in college, and FINALLY beat it on steam. It took me a few times to beat the boss but I ALSO thought there would be a second phase so (Shrug) Anyway, great game. Definitely up there with my favorite FF's.

8) epic mickey rebrushed! It's very fun and KH inspired. I am perpetually in awe of the amount of things that came together to let it exist, even if it did make Oswald hard to conceive outside of jealous half brother context.

7) Monument Valley! I remember it being the big thing on early cellphones and I thought it would take longer. Still VERY charming.

6) Beat American Nightmare Again! Still showing off for my editor and I love Alan Wake 2 and this story. Both do their jobs well and Mr. Scratch is a LOT of fun.

5) Alan Wake 1! (Non remastered) Did it for my editor, Barry is now her favorite. Man I love this game but parts can drag. You can really see how they gain confidence and practice by the time they do Control and AW2.

4) Resident Evil Requiem: One review I saw said it did nothing new but did everything really well and I have to agree. Grace's play was tense, Leon's was bombastic, the RE engine knows what it is, they 100% pulled inspiration from Alan Wake 2 and SH2R and we have a solid, scary, entry.

3) The Roottrees are dead: Other than me putting in a name/nick name for the final one giving me "Partial credit" it was really fun and solid! Time just vanished and now that Requiem is done, it's time to work on RootTree mania!

2) Ace Attorney Dual Destinies: I have played it before, at least twice, but this was my first time playing the DLC case! It's definitely a bit rough but more akin to the general "2D to 3D" on top of "Oh this is a visual novel game" over all though I always have a good time.

1) TR-49. Saw a review, saw it was cheap, figured I'd give it a shot. A really interesting game that prioritizes detective work, but it gets to a point in the end where you have to brute force a Smidge. I ended up looking up the codes but over all enjoyed my time!

23) POWER WASH SIMULATOR 2? APPARENTLY?? My time with the game has been... weird since I was laid off. But more of the same which isn't too bad. I'm looking forward to the DLC to see how the towns are continuing.

22) Prince of Persia: the Lost Crown. I hate the fact there is no sequel. The gameplay was fantastic, the story was engaging, and Sargon is do well defined.

21) Apollo Justice! Have not replayed it until now. The time travel evidence and how... strained some of this gets bothers me, but I had a good time with the cases. Apollo has shot up quite a bit for me and him and trucy are a fun duo.

20) Urban Jungle! a present and the simple gameplay has a very nice hook. Tells the story of someone who immigrated to another country, was forced to quit her job, and how her life is going along with taking care of plants. Very sweet, and comforting. Also a fantasy.

19) Nancy Drew in Shadow at the Water's Edge: Back to some good classic Nancy Drew. Very spooky vibes, and enjoyed my play through. Though some of the puzzles were... less fun and like all of these type of games, getting stuck can be frustrating to figure out what you need to do.

18) Silent Hill 2 Remake. Beat with the help of @empresscirque.bsky.social i... liked it a lot. Though this game isn't really "enjoyable" in a good and deliberate way. It is scary. It is tense. It has so much nuance. I am really happy to have played it. I don't think I'll do the other endings.

Stats for Silent Hill 2 playtbrough. It's for the Leave ending. Combat was light, puzzles were standard.
